3. Dispatch. If on-site service is needed, we dispatch the closest tech. Typical arrival: 60–90 minutes for NYC, 90–120 for outer service areas.
4. On-site repair. 70% of emergency calls are fixed on the first visit because every truck carries the most common failure parts.
5. Follow-up. Within 48 hours, we follow up to confirm the system is running properly and recommend any preventive maintenance.

2026 Emergency Service Pricing

• Standard hours diagnostic (Mon–Fri 7am–6pm): $145
• After-hours diagnostic (evenings, weekends): $235
• Holiday or 2am–6am dispatch: $325
• Repair labor: $185/hour after diagnostic
• Walk-in cooler emergency parts: markup capped at 25% over manufacturer list

We do not charge a separate “emergency fee” on top of the after-hours dispatch — the dispatch rate is the all-in number.
